FREDERIC SAMSON
PRESIDENT

Frederic Samson is a licensed residential contractor and a real estate broker. He has been a full-time Real Estate Professional in the Tampa Bay Area for 23+ years.  He has managed upward of 100 Sales Associates and sold hundreds of homes.  Frederic has an extensive experience in organizing and scheduling processes.  His office currently manages 200 properties.  For the past 10 years, he added remodeling and construction operations to offer more services.

Frederic has managed multiple job sites over the years that were remodeling projects and new single-family construction.  Frederic was President of the West Pasco Board of Realtors in 2011 and President of the Tampa Bay District for the Florida Realtors.  Frederic has been involved with West Pasco Habitat for Humanity and has helped raise over $100,000 for its mission.

In addition to her experience managing accounting and finance she has experience in business support functions including HR, risk, and facilities management.

Amanda Lockard joins us with over 20 years of administrative experience. She is a native of Florida, born and raised just outside the Tampa Bay area. She gained the majority of her skills working in the transportation industry which included working directly with Internal Executive Management Teams, Multiple Large Customer Accounts and their respective Executive Team Members. While being a liaison between internal team members and external clients she gained a respectable reputation as a team player and leader. Providing accurate and timely project management makes her a valuable asset to Frederic, his team, and clients. Along with her husband of 19 years they own and manage rental properties, have 3 children, 5 grandchildren, enjoy outdoor activities, and take as many family camping trips as possible.

Doug joins us as a Project Manager with over 16 years of experience in the electronic engineering/manufacturing field and 17 years in the HVAC industry. His education background includes Associate of Science degree in Electronic Engineering Technology and HVAC State Licensed (License #CAC1819035). Member of the Indoor Air Quality Association and has owned and operated an HVAC business for 17 years

Cathy DeMartino is a Florida native raised in the St. Petersburg area and has been our “Go To” team member since 2017. When joining the Namasté Homes team, she brought with her over 30 years of administrative experience and quickly became the office manager. Cathy is responsible for a broad range of services which include property management, bookkeeping, coordinating the purchase and delivery of materials, scheduling of sub-contractors, scheduling, and ordering of permit inspections, advertising, and PCI compliance. She is also certified in Microsoft Office Products and a Notary Public which helps our team stay organized, work efficiently and effectively. She is the liaison between our vendors, sub-contractors, and partners to ensure a smooth “start to finish” process from purchase to delivery and installation.


GLENN LARKAN

Glenn Larkan is a real estate development specialist responsible for all our development projects. His responsibilities include zoning analysis, securing entitlements, project planning, procurement, establishing and maintaining project budgets and schedules throughout the development cycle. He has extensive industry experience in both residential and commercial projects including several high-profile retail and multifamily developments. Glenn has rediscovered his enthusiasm for the construction of workforce housing and is passionate about working with communities and local authorities to alleviate the housing backlog. Glenn’s industry experience spans over 25 years and includes senior management roles in both institutional investment and development companies. Glenn holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate and Construction from the University of Natal Durban.

SHANNON COUGHLIN

Shannon Coughlin offers more than 20 years’ experience in Economic Development and Real Estate. She currently serves as a Real Estate Agent and Property Manager for Namasté Realty and Davis-Clarke, Inc. She co-manages 150+ residential properties. Shannon holds many certifications. She is a Certified Community Real Estate Developer (CRED), Flood Plain Manager (CFM), Publix Pension Trustee (CPPT), Redevelopment Professional (CRP) and Public Manager (CPM), as well as a Licensed Real Estate salesperson. She gained many years of experience in planning, organizing, sales, lease agreements, contracts, right of ways, zoning, legal documents, flood zones, business retention and expansion, community development, economic development and much more as the Economic Development Manager for the City of Pinellas Park from 1996 to 2021. Shannon was named City of Pinellas Park Employee of the Year and Professional Services Employee of the year in 2019. She has served on the Board of Directors for local Non-Profits and has been a mentor for the Pinellas County School Board for over 20 years.
